There's lots of Vancouver events! I've sifted through many potentials to provide you with the most interesting and fun events in Vancouver.

We start with the elegant and cultured Bard on the Beach Festival.

(If you listen though Shakespeare's jokes are not always elegant!)

We end with thousands of twinkle lights for the holiday Bright Nights in Stanley Park.

And there's everything from independent theatre and superb jazz to delicious food and brilliant fireworks explosions in between.

EPIC Vancouver - Find local producers and sellers of fair-trade, sustainable, recycled, and all the good-for-the-environment things. Walk along with me tasting chocolate, mixing scents and finding recycled silks at EPIC Vancouver. The next EPIC is May 13-15 2011.



Vancouver Fringe Festival - Experience the variety of independent theatre from around the world. Every show is different; my 2010 experience was of dance and sand. The rose in the photo was painted with sand in just a few moments during The Ancient Chinese Secrets of Tao. The next Fringe dates are to be Announced.
