Vancouver Attractions

Sightseeing in Vancouver

What are the best Vancouver attractions? There's a very long answer to that question!

There's outdoor recreation and free things to do. There's shopping, festivals, museums, parks and beaches.

There's fun things to do with kids and sightseeing for a gorgeous view. And there's great attractions to check out when it rains (in Vancouver, that can happen any time).

Top 3 Vancouver Attractions

Stanley Park Vancouver SeawallSo many Vancouver things to do – how do you choose?

By any judge, the top three Vancouver destinations are Stanley Park, Granville Island and Lynn Canyon. And they're completely free.

Looking at Stanley Park along the Sea Wall

#1 - Stanley Park is the jewel in Vancouver's crown. A thousand acres of forest in downtown Vancouver, it's a retreat for residents and a showcase of British Columbia's beauty for visitors.

#2 - Granville Island is a reclaimed industrial spot transformed into an artist's haven and a tourist's dream. Granville Island is chock-full of potters and sculptors, glass and textile artists, and don't even get me started about the delicious food!!

#3 - Lynn Canyon Park is outside of Vancouver proper, but earns a spot on this list with pristine natural beauty and a dizzying suspension bridge across the canyon.

Whenever I wonder what Vancouver sightseeing to do next, these Top 3 Vancouver Attractions are high on my list once again. It's so much fun to visit them all over again!
